Babajide odusina, has been a head of equalities in two london nhs trusts and now splits his time between project work in the nhs and private consultancy. He has over 30 years experience of working in pr and marketing communications, 24 of them in senior management in local government and the nhs. For the past 12 years his focus has been on health and workforce inequalities in the nhs and the use of communications, OD and quality improvement techniques to facilitate solutions. He continues to lead collaborative projects in the nhs in london to address issues around culture and workforce disparities.v

He is a trained trainer with experience of developing and delivering marketing communications, quality improvement, leadership, mentoring and equalities interventions.
