Kaemorine Prendergast is an experienced organisational psychologist and executive coach with a strong track record of utilising psychology to deliver exceptional results. She supports mid and senior level professionals, to improve their well-being at work and maximise their performance. She does this through the skilful delivery of coaching, training design and delivery, and executive assessments. She is known for her passion in championing equity, diversity, and inclusion; and provides training and workshops to enhance employee well-being and performance, as well as navigating micro-aggressions and discrimination in the workplace. Kaemorine, has also managed and delivered projects for large digital telco’s and welfare to work providers; designing recruitment and training processes within these organisations, making them fairer for Black, Asian & Minorites, LGBT+, and neuro-diverse, (dyslexia, DLD, ADHD, Autism) individuals.
