We specialise in providing leadership and staff development programmes that address inclusion form the perspective of the underrepresented group as well as the majority group. Our programmes and inclusive competency frameworks focus not just on what individuals need to stop doing but what they can start doing to be conscious inclusive.
Working with teams and key groupings we can facilitate stakeholders to be part of the analysis of their own systems to identify where the risk of bias exists. This ahs the benefit of ensuring that the people who are the closest to the problem own the problems and are leading the actions to improve and change the system.
